By creating an account on Sellr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your store. You must be at least 18 years old to use Sellr.
As a seller on Sellr, you agree to:
Sellr charges a platform transaction fee on each sale (2-5% depending on your plan). Stripe charges a separate processing fee (typically 2.9% + 30¢). Subscription fees for Pro and Business plans are billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable.
You may not sell illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, controlled substances, or any content that violates applicable laws. Sellr reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload to Sellr (product images, descriptions, digital files). By uploading content, you grant Sellr a license to display it on your storefront and in marketing materials related to the platform.
Sellr is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for lost revenue, data loss, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees you've paid in the last 12 months.
You may close your account at any time. Sellr may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your store will be taken offline and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.
