Adding Your First Product

Digital vs. physical products

When creating a product, you choose whether it is digital or physical. Digital products are delivered instantly via a secure download link after purchase. Physical products require a shipping address at checkout and need to be fulfilled manually.

Creating a new product

From your dashboard, navigate to the Products section and click Add Product.

1. 1Click Add Product in your dashboard.
2. 2Enter a product name and description.
3. 3Set the price in your local currency (or mark it as free).
4. 4Choose the product type: Digital, Physical, or Link-Only.
5. 5Upload up to 5 product images.
6. 6Click Save to publish, or Save as Draft to finish later.

Setting prices

Enter prices in dollars (e.g. 29.99). You can also set a compare-at price to show a discount. Free products are supported as well, which is great for lead magnets or samples.

Product options and variants

Add option groups like Size, Color, or Format. Each option group can have multiple values. Variants are automatically generated from your option combinations. Each variant can have its own price modifier and independent inventory count.

1. 1Scroll to the Options section when editing a product.
2. 2Click Add Option Group and name it (e.g. Size).
3. 3Add values like Small, Medium, Large.
4. 4Optionally set price adjustments per variant.
5. 5Set individual stock levels if inventory tracking is enabled.

Uploading digital files

For digital products, upload the file buyers will receive after purchase. Supported formats include PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, and more. Files up to 100MB are supported on all plans. After purchase, buyers receive a secure link that expires after 72 hours with a 5-download limit.
