Understanding Your Analytics
Track performance and understand what is working on your storefront.
Accessing analytics
Your analytics dashboard is available from the main dashboard navigation. It provides an overview of your store's performance including page views, product clicks, conversion rates, and revenue.
Key metrics explained
Page views count how many times your storefront has been visited. Product clicks track when a visitor taps on a specific product to view its details. Conversion rate measures the percentage of visitors who complete a purchase. Revenue shows your total earnings over the selected time period.
Using analytics to grow
Pay attention to which products get the most views and clicks. A high view count with low conversions might mean your pricing is off or your product description needs work. Products with high conversion rates are your winners and deserve more promotion.
Tip: Check your analytics weekly to spot trends. If a product suddenly gets more traffic, double down on promoting it. If something is not selling, consider adjusting the price, images, or description.
Traffic sources
Understand where your visitors come from. Direct traffic usually means people clicking your link-in-bio. Social referrals show which platforms drive the most visitors. Use this data to focus your marketing efforts on the channels that perform best.
